Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

• Products arrive damaged
• Incorrect products were received

Photographic evidence may be requested.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons:

Opened products cannot be returned.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days following delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
